Prairie Moraine Friends, Inc
First organized in 2017, Prairie Moraine Friends (PMF) was incorporated on November 25, 2019 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a nine-member initial board of directors. Officers were elected from the board members at the January 15, 2020 meeting.

Board Meeting Schedule
The PMF Board of Directors will hold regular business meetings in 2023. The meetings are held from 6:30-8:00 pm on the third Wednesday of the month in the months shown below unless otherwise noted on the agenda.

Annual Members' Meeting
The Annual Members’ Meeting will normally be held during the month of January on a Saturday in order to make it easier for more members to participate.
Other Meetings
The PMF Board of Directors may hold additional meetings, if necessary, to carry out the responsibilities of the PMF Board set forth in the Prairie Moraine Friends By-Laws.
