Your membership application is not complete until you choose a membership type and corresponding donation (annual).  

Membership Types:
Non-Profit - $50, Business - Small $50, Medium $100 or Large $200

You can also choose to become a sustaining member with a minimum donation of $25 per month

Remember, Prairie Moraine Friends Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, so all donations and membership dues are tax deductible within IRS regulations.
